SU obtained a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. After losing his trust in the world constructed by the media, he turns to the dreamlike realm of cinema, where one might better approach the truth through fertile imagination. His works were shown and awarded at several film festivals, including Kaohsiung Film Festival, South Taiwan Film Festival, Urban Nomad Film Festival and Taiwan International Documentary Festival. SU’s editing work, In Their Teens, won Best Documentary Short Film at the Golden Horse Awards and Grand Prize at the Golden Harvest Awards. He co-founded the Flow Pictures Production Ltd with director CHOU Shang-ting.
