Hung Chun-hsiu was born in Taipei in 1975, who graduated from the Institute of Documentary of TNNUA. His most important works include Fishermen in the City, Farmers in the City and The Captain is Gonna Be Mad. He was nominated for Taiwan International Documentary Festival, Taiwan International Ethnographic Film Festival, and South Taiwan Film Festival. He has won Stunning performances at Taipei Film Festival, the Superior Class at Taiwan Local Chronicles Film Festival, and the Superior Class of Taiwan Public Televisions’ Programs.

Focusing on the sea and the rivers, the relationships between people and land, which are the trademarks of his films. He has been doing documentary teaching in recent years. Delete My Sea is his latest film.
