Synopsis
The A-Lang couple from Pingdong have one-third cultivated land of Guandu Plain which is the largest agriculture district in Taipei; however, this vast farmland didn’t bring A-Lang any benefits, instead, all the catastrophe caused by opening up and development overwhelmed at the very first moment. Consortiums monopolize lands, dumping of junk soil, dust from incinerator, conflict between recreational design and agriculture….A-Lang had to fight with natural disaster, and what is more, troubles not predicted in Peasant Calendar, witnessed in person his own farm land devoured by the city inch by inch…
