HU Chin-ya, based in Taipei, Taiwan, was a freelance writer for independent media in Taiwan. Now she produces docs concerning human conditions in social change. She has also been a research team member and executive editor of Center for Asia-Pacific/ Cultural Studies, and the production coordinator of CNEX Studio Corporation.
