CHENG Chih-Ming was born in Miaoli, Taiwan. He received his MFA in filmmaking from TNUA, and works as director, cinematographer and editor for documentaries. His short A Cat may Look at a King won Taiwan Student Award for Short Film Competition at Kaohsiung Film Festival, and was shown at various festivals. His latest documentary The Rolling Crab is in post-production.
