Synopsis

West Island is south of Peng-hu islands, with an area less than one square kilometer. In its best days about 200 people lived here, 14 in 1999. It is difficult for us to know if it was by chance, that the majority of the population had just decided to move out. These are forgotten individuals, much like the island itself.
