HUANG graduated from the Graduate Institute of Theater Arts and Playwriting at TNUA. Her vast experience in media includes writing documentaries such as Footprints of Li Mei-Shu for the Li Mei-Shu Memorial Gallery, Railfans for the Ministry of Culture. She was awarded a Grand Prize honor at the Story in Taiwan Short Film Competition held by the Mainland Affairs Council.
