Synopsis
The graffiti of a cat is seen everywhere in Tamsui, a small town to the north of Taipei. The artist is a middle-aged man always dressed in volunteer firefighter uniform. Driving a van, he delivers gas cylinders to the residents while maintaining the vivid colours in the graffiti.
