Graduating from Marseille Art and Design school in France in 2015, TSAI works in the junction of video arts and cinema. She works with HUANG Hsin-yao as documentary producer for his feature films such as A Silence Gaze and Taivalu. Born in Taipei, she currently lives and works between Tainan and Paris, as an artist and documentary location manager.
