An independent filmmaker who has been shooting, editing and directing documentary films for years. He got the bachelor degree in Fine Arts at National Hualien University of Education, and Master of Fine Arts degree at Tainan National University of the Atrs. He is currently teaching documentary programs at Bamboo Community University and Hsinchu Image Museum.
