CHIANG was born in Singapore and works in Taiwan. Based in Taiwan for the past decade, his works focus on migration and diaspora of Southeast Asians in modern Asia, and has been presented and awarded at various international film festivals. He is currently developing his first feature film, which was selected to the Cinéfondation Résidence, Talents Tokyo and TorinoFilmLab and received the CNC Development Award.
