Born in Kaohsiung, WANG Pei-wei graduated from Department of Mass Communication of Tamkang University, and is currently studying in the Graduate Institute of Studies in Documentary & Film Archiving at Tainan National University of the Arts. He started shooting documentary in college. Fishing Life, Lingering Sound is his first documentary production.
