Synopsis
Kollyan is from Cambodia. When she missed her mom, she has to leave her family in Taiwan behind and spends tens of thousands of dollars to take flight for several hours to see her parents.
Sally’s parents are no longer with her, but she still remembers the taste of her mom’s cuisine. She follows her Mom’s way of cooking, and it brings her back to the time like her Mom was still with her.
What about me? Without the experience of migration, I was conjoined with another person’s life by the immigration officer on the national border. Since then, the questions “Who am I?” and “Who could I be?” have rooted in my mind.
