The independent investigative documentarian, Kevin H.J. LEE, takes on the state machine to unveil the bureaucratic and academic complicity that conceals potential virus outbreaks that may jeopardise public health. LEE points his camera at the distorted bureaucratic system, advocating more media attention and public monitoring to curb abuses of power and keep the government accountable.
