This piece of work is to contemplate on the appearance and disappearance of the images.

The image of the artist appears in the ink as the art material is being prepared (grinding the ink stick on the ink slab). The image along with the ink gets mixed and eventually the ink mixture solidifies. As the brush absorbs the ink, the image of the artist is soaked up by the brush. The artist’s soul becomes material for creation and transforms into a code, which serves as a piece of dialectic between the creative process and the creator.
