Synopsis
It is a emblem of national honor and international status for hosting the 21st Deaflymics in Taipei, Taiwan in 2009. For the hearing-impaired Women`s Basketball and Women`s Beach Volleyball team players, it represents their dream and hope. Even though they have to give up their study or salary, these athletes still insist on the hard training to prove their persistence: Even with the remnants of hearing ability, they still exhaust their body to fulfill the dream of joining the Deaflympics. Sweat and tears can nourish their fragile souls, and thrive their will. Wining or lose are only the results. However, what can be left from the process?!

Director Statement
There are many aspects of reality. By using images on the screen, a documentary film provides an access to explore one aspect of reality. Owing to the Deaflympic 2009 held in Taipei, I had the opportunity to shoot a film about women's basketball team, which also fulfilled my enthusiasm for the sports. It is because of the Deaflympic, I had a chance to go into a different world, and experience the wonder of hearing.
