The Earth Moves (Image of Taipei After 921) is a collection commissioned by the Taipei City Government after the 921 Earthquake. 5 filmmakers made their own 10-minute short by using the archive images shot by the Department of Information, Taipei Fire Department and Songshan Police District, Taipei City Police Department. Works are: Looking Out From the Window, Legacy and Names, Images of Time, Revolution 9 and Unable to Forget.

Legacy and Names studies objects and photographs collected 199 hours after the earthquake.
