Synopsis

What does aquatic environment of Taichung basin mean to the citizens? What are citizens’ views on rivers in urban areas? Since rivers in cities have become safer and easily-managed after “disciplined”, water is drifted apart from human lives. Only Fa-tzu Stream, Chen-ping Stream, &Liu-tzuo Stream , which still keep wildness and vitality, are able to spread out the close relationship with human being.
