Synopsis
For the past six years, Fulung Beach in northeast Taiwan attracted tens of thousands of people to rock 'n' roll on the beach every summer. Numerous musicians came to chase after their dreams. However, few realized what's about to come.

Director Statement
In the summer of 2005, three Typhoons - Hai Tang, Ma Sha and Coral came to the beach to party. In the Rock ‘n’ roll of courage and fervency, the three of them boldly revealed their playful personalities. There were severe wind and big waves, sweeping away all the musicians who were working, playing and painting their dreams of youth on the beach. Many of them then look down on the beach, and saw the different ocean. This is I shooting up happy a documentary. This is I shooting up happy a documentary.
