Mr. Hsu San-Lu was born in 1945, a senior movie worker in Kaohsiung City, learned to paint the billboard advertisements in the Asia Theatre when he was 17. He retired from the post of Vice General Manager of Cannes Theatre (now renamed Meichilai Theater) when he is 62. Through the stories and memories about Mr. Hsu San-Lu, allows us to have a deeper understanding of the history about old movie theatre at Kaohsiung City.
